Product Selling Point Introduction

  1. 1,Current and voltage data are obtained directly through high-voltage side sampling, so the data is true and accurate.
  2. 2, Overvoltage protection: When the output exceeds the set voltage limit value, the instrument will shut down for protection, and the action time is less than 20ms.
  3. 3, Overcurrent protection: Designed as high and low voltage dual protection, the high voltage side can perform precise shutdown protection according to the set value; when the current on the low voltage side exceeds the rated current, shutdown protection will be performed, and the action time is less than 20ms.
  4. 4, The high-voltage output protection resistor is designed inside the booster, so there is no need to connect an external protection resistor.
  5. 5, Due to the adoption of high and low voltage closed-loop negative feedback control circuit, the output has no capacitance rise effect.

Guide to Dielectric Test on Transformer Oil for Power Stability
Maintaining the electrical integrity of power transformers is critical for preventing catastrophic failures and ensuring grid stability. One of the most vital maintenance procedures is the dielectric test on transformer oil , which measures the oils ability to withstand electrical stress without breaking down. Transformer oil serves a dual purpose: acting as an electrical insulator and a cooling medium. When contaminants like moisture, carbon particles, or acids accumulate, the dielectric strength drops, increasing the risk of internal arcing. In this comprehensive guide, we will explore the methodologies, standards, and importance of testing insulating oils to ensure long-term equipment reliability.

The Essential Guide to DGA Transformer Oil Analysis Maintaining the health of power transformers is critical for ensuring grid stability and preventing catastrophic failures. One of the most powerful diagnostic tools available to engineers is dga transformer oil analysis Dissolved Gas Analysis. By monitoring the specific gases that dissolve in insulating oil, technicians can listen to the internal condition of a transformer without taking it offline. This proactive approach allows for the detection of incipient faults, such as overheating or electrical arcing, long before they lead to a total blackout. In this guide, we will explore how DGA works
