Features

(1)The integrated internal operating power supply eliminates the need for a secondary power supply on-site, making it convenient and quick to use. It provides an adjustable DC 20-270V power supply with a maximum instantaneous current of 30A. Its unique dual-circuit power supply design allows for testing of closing and opening circuits even if one circuit fails.

(2)Equipped with linear and rotary sensors and dedicated fixed multi-functional connectors, installation is extremely convenient and simple. The linear sensor length can be set arbitrarily from 30-1000mm; only the sensor needs to be installed, and the instrument does not require factory reprogramming.

(3)The main unit can store 100 sets of current test data, and features an internal real-time clock for easy archiving.

(4)Equipped with a USB flash drive interface and an RS232 interface, data can be saved to a USB flash drive and uploaded to a computer for analysis, storage, and printing. The RS232 interface allows for online computer connection (optional).

(5)Internal anti-interference circuitry ensures reliable operation within 500kV substations.

Professional Oil Breakdown Tester for Insulating Oil Analysis
In the world of high-voltage electrical equipment, the integrity of insulating oil is the first line of defense against catastrophic failure. An oil breakdown tester is an indispensable tool used to determine the dielectric strength of insulating oils, ensuring that transformers and switchgears operate safely under electrical stress. By measuring the voltage at which the oil breaks down or fails as an insulator, engineers can predict potential failures before they occur. Whether you are managing a power substation or performing routine maintenance on industrial machinery, understanding how to utilize these testers is critical for operational longevity and safety.

Guide to Dielectric Test on Transformer Oil for Power Stability
Maintaining the electrical integrity of power transformers is critical for preventing catastrophic failures and ensuring grid stability. One of the most vital maintenance procedures is the dielectric test on transformer oil , which measures the oils ability to withstand electrical stress without breaking down. Transformer oil serves a dual purpose: acting as an electrical insulator and a cooling medium. When contaminants like moisture, carbon particles, or acids accumulate, the dielectric strength drops, increasing the risk of internal arcing. In this comprehensive guide, we will explore the methodologies, standards, and importance of testing insulating oils to ensure long-term equipment reliability.
